The building has a solid foundation and a flat non-exploitable roof covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal drainage systems. External walls are built of brick and insulated with durable thermal insulation. The facade is finished with white decorative plaster.

Windows are fitted with energy-efficient double glazing in PVC profiles. Apartments feature open, non-glazed balconies with metal lattice railings. The ground floor features panoramic glazing facing the street. Lobbies and common areas are finished using high-quality materials.
