Where is the complex located?
The residential complex is located on 68a Beliashvili Street in Tbilisi. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of Digomi Park which is the largest recreational area of the city. Only 300 meters separate the new building from the Kura embankment, which offers excellent transportation links. The area has excellent ecology, clean air, and beautiful views of the landscape can be admired from the windows of the apartments.

Next door is an extensive complex of medical institutions such as the Central Children's Hospital, the Perinatal Center, the Center for Allergology and Immunology, and the Emergency Cardiology Center. Also nearby are the Nikora XL supermarket, EconomMix, the Dinamo Academy Sports Complex, an Orthodox Church, the Taglaura Restaurant, and the Sparta Fitness Center. What are the transport options?
Nearby public transport nearby runs along the streets of Ljubljanskaya and Beliashvili. Here you can find bus routes No. 3, 21, 24, 26, 42, and 51. It is approximately 2.5 km from the new building to the “Didube” metro station, where you can also find the railway and bus stations of the same name. By car, you can quickly get to the Agmashenebeli Alley and other significant highways of the city.
What are the project features?
The residential complex on 68a Beliashvili in Tbilisi is a rather large L-shaped building with 18 floors. It has a solid monolithic frame that can withstand seismic loads of at least 8 points on the Richter scale. The latest fire safety requirements have been taken into account in the design and construction of the building.
What kind of apartments are available?
