Architecture

Woodside Dighomi is a modern residential complex consisting of three 19-storey buildings. The buildings are constructed using monolithic frame technology. The developer uses modern energy-efficient materials that meet all safety standards. The facade walls are built using advanced Hekimboard technology, known for its environmental friendliness, sound insulation, and thermal insulation. The walls also feature external insulation.

The complex is designed in a modern architectural style. Various materials are used for facade finishing, including energy-efficient paint, wooden panels, and decorative brick. Apartments are equipped with panoramic windows offering high thermal and sound insulation performance. The facades include open balconies with metal railings.

Internal infrastructure

The territory of the complex is closed and protected by a security service. 24/7 video surveillance cameras are installed around the perimeter and in common areas.

The complex features a landscaped courtyard of 6,650 m². The entire territory and buildings are adapted for people with limited mobility. Residents can enjoy leisure time at children’s and sports playgrounds, as well as recreation and walking areas. Bicycle lanes, pedestrian paths, and bike parking are arranged throughout the courtyard.

Parking is available in the underground parking facility or on the surface parking area. The parking includes charging stations for electric vehicles, motorcycle parking, and a self-service car wash.

Commercial premises are located on the ground floors, hosting various infrastructure facilities. Entrances are equipped with silent hydraulic elevators, intercom systems, and automatic lighting. A concierge service operates within the complex.

Transport

The complex is located in an area with well-developed transport infrastructure. The “Grmaghele” metro station is a 15-minute walk away, and “Guramishvili” is 20 minutes away. Several public transport stops nearby provide bus routes to all parts of the city. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The railway station is a 14-minute drive away. Tbilisi International Airport is about 40 minutes away by car.
