The apartment consists of a living room, a dining room, bedrooms, an office (with a bed) and a kitchen, and has a balcony overlooking the Kura River. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and the entrance area has built-in wardrobes. The furniture and appliances in the apartment (air conditioning, refrigerator, etc.) were not used. There is internet. The building is safe, the lobby has 24-hour security and concierge. On the first floor of the building there is Karafur, the Guli Clinic, and a café-restaurant.
