The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine, and the hallway has built-in wardrobes. Furniture and appliances in the apartment (air conditioning, refrigerator, etc.) were not used. There is internet. The building is guarded, 24-hour security, there is a concierge in the lobby. On the ground floor of the building there is a “Carrefour” supermarket, the “Guli” clinic, and a café-restaurant. School and kindergarten are nearby. The price is $1,000 per month.
