The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and the hallway has built-in wardrobes. The furniture and appliances in the apartment (air conditioning, refrigerator, etc.) are not tested. There is internet. The building is safe, the lobby has 24-hour security and a concierge. On the first floor of the building there is Carrefour, the Guli Clinic, and a café-restaurant.
