Information about the project
Residential complex Gagarini Eco House is a comfortable property with excellent living conditions.
Where is the complex located?
Gagarini Eco House is located at the junction of the Vake and Saburtalo districts, on Gagarina Street No 6 in Tbilisi. The complex is a couple of minutes’ walk from Zurab Zhvania Square. This area offers both excellent transport accessibility and environmental sustainability. Near the Kura embankment, there is a wide range of social and leisure facilities.
What's around?
Within walking distance of the new building are the supermarkets “Populi” and “Ioli”, casino “Las Vegas-bet”, a pharmacy, and an Orthodox church. A little further you can find the “Curves Fitness Club” fitness center, a large selection of bank branches and cafes, and treatment and diagnostic centers.
What are the transport options?
Just a 10-minute walk from the new building is the metro station "Medical University". Even closer is the bus stop with routes 6, 14, 24, 29, and 54. Nearby are Beijing Avenue, the Heydar Aliyev Embankment, and the Vakhushti Bagrationi Bridge. You can get to the city center on average in 10 minutes by car or in 15-20 minutes by public transport.
What are the project features?
Gagarini Eco House in Tbilisi is a modern mid-rise building with 10 storeys. The complex is designed in a modern architectural style with bright facades and a combination of several materials in the decoration. On the balconies and terraces, there are boxes for growing greenery. During handover, the apartments will be decorated with artificial plants, and then new residents will be able to plant real plants according to their own taste.
A safe and fast “KONE” elevator is installed near the entrance. The building provides underground parking for residents, as well as guest parking in the yard. The first two floors of the house are reserved for retail and office activities. The territory is guarded with video surveillance and access control systems.
What kind of apartments are available?
There are only 24 apartments in the house with housing options of various sizes and layouts. The smallest units have an area of 33 square meters. The largest apartment is a duplex unit, located on the top floor with an area of 204 m2. Almost half of its area is reserved for the terrace.
The ceiling height in the rooms is 2.9 meters. Finishing can be performed in three different versions - a white frame, a green frame and a complete repair according to an individual design project.
