Where is the complex located?

The new complex is being built in the Old Batumi area, at Kheidar Abashidze street No. 13/15. This is only 600 meters from 6 May Park, Lake Nurigel, and about half a kilometer from the Black Sea coast. This is a well-developed area, which has all the necessary infrastructure for a modern city dweller. There are no large industrial enterprises near the complex and the nearest busy highway is about 200 meters.

What's around?

The large shopping center Batumi Plaza is less than 1.5 kilometers away.

In the neighboring courtyard is the Globe International School kindergarten. Within a radius of 300 meters are general education schools No. 2, No. 3 and No. 7. A kilometer from the complex is the Maritime College and Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University.

The Batumi Sea Port and the Argo cable car are at about 1.5 km. The Old Bus Station is a 23-minute walk, and the Batumi Metro Bus Terminal is just over 3.5 km away. At a distance of 4.5 km is the Batumi-Passenger railway station and the central bus station. The international airport is ten minutes by car.

What are the technical features?

Gumbati on Gorgasali 1 is a modern mid-rise building with 14 floors and two entrances. The complex is designed in a modern style and built using the best materials that meet the latest environmental safety criteria.

The basis of the construction structure is a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The external walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator.

Much attention is paid to the exterior of the new building. The facade will be covered with brick, stone, and designed in light and dark gray shades with an increased glazing area. This will increase the illumination of the premises and allow new residents to enjoy stunning views of the Black Sea.

Comfortable silent elevators, a fire-fighting system, and the necessary technological equipment are installed in the entrances. Modern engineering communications are connected, including gas, electricity, and a central heating system, as well as the Internet and cable TV. The interior decoration of the entrances and the common areas is carried out.

What is on the territory?

Driveways and footpaths, decorative plants and trees, and street lanterns are all part of the landscaping. There is also a comfortable recreation area equipped with benches.

CCTV cameras are installed throughout the territory, and security service will guard the complex. Vertical parking is available for residents. The ground floor of the complex is reserved for shops and offices.
