What is the architectural style of Subtropic City?
The residential complex is an impressive nineteen-story building with a monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The new building has a unique facade, which was created with tinted glass.
The ten entrances of the complex are covered with natural granite and each of them is provided with two silent digital elevators.

The landscaped courtyard comes with a spacious parking lot. The security and video surveillance monitor the premises around the clock. The ground floor of Subtropic City houses a commercial area with retail and other facilities. The landscaping works are completed.
