The facade design incorporates modern composite cladding materials, creating a visual contrast with the surrounding urban environment. Exterior windows and curtain wall systems utilize grey aluminum glazing. Balconies are designed with a combination of block, metal, and glass railings.
The structural system is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, with monolithic slab floor construction. Wall infill is executed using construction blocks.
