Architecture

University House is a large-scale project that includes 17 buildings ranging from 8 to 12 stories, with a total construction area of 62,000 m². The buildings are constructed using earthquake-resistant monolithic-frame technology. Only high-quality materials with excellent insulation and durability are used.

The complex features modern architectural design. Facades are clad with concrete facing blocks and brick. Buildings have black-framed metal-plastic windows and open balconies with metal railings.

Internal infrastructure
