Information about the project
Residential complex on Khomli street in Tbilisi – a comfortable building from the developer “Pala Group” near Lisi Lake.
Location
The new building is located in the Khomli street of Vake district, one kilometer from Lisi Park. The distance to the city center is about nine kilometers.
Three bus routes run near the complex, and the nearest stop is no more than a two-minute walk away. The “Vazha-Pshavela” metro station is about nine hundred meters away in a straight line, but the actual route is approximately twice as long.
Near the complex there are: schools No. 128 and No. 151, Secondary School No. 126, kindergartens “Kids Planet” and “Sunflower”, grocery stores “Zgapari”, “Ori Nabiji”, and “Veli”, supermarkets “Universam” and “Populi”, as well as the large “Goodwill” shopping center, located no more than one and a half kilometers away.
Features of the complex
