Project On Jiqia is a new residential complex developed by the construction company Pala Group. The development site is located in one of the most environmentally favorable areas of Tbilisi – Saburtalo. The building will be situated between Anna Politkovskaya Street and Aleksandre Ioseliani Street on a natural landscape slope, ensuring panoramic views of Tskneti and the more distant central districts of Tbilisi.
Infrastructure in this part of the city is not highly diverse, but a number of facilities are still available. The map shows that nearby are Sokhumi State University, Jiqia swimming pool, Nikora supermarket, a VTB Bank Georgia branch, and the multidisciplinary clinic Consilium Medulla. About a 15-minute walk away are the Oktupus fitness center, Burosports store, Fresco Saburtalo supermarket, and a wide range of other establishments.
A little over 1 km from the development is the new State University metro station. Public transport runs nearby along Anna Politkovskaya Street, with bus routes No. 6 and 140. The nearest bus stop is within 200 meters. By car, residents can quickly access University Street, Sandro Euli Street, and Vazha-Pshavela Avenue.
Project On Jiqia in Tbilisi consists of only 4 floors and 24 apartments. The low-rise format, combined with a solid foundation and durable monolithic frame, ensures enhanced seismic resistance.
The development offers apartments ranging from 51 to 123 m² with ceiling heights of 3.2 meters. Units are delivered in white frame condition, meaning that wall plastering and floor screed are completed, entrance doors and metal-plastic windows are installed, and electrical, water supply, and sewage systems are in place.
The development company Pala Group was founded in 2014. The company has successfully delivered numerous projects in both Batumi and Tbilisi, creating real estate designed for comfortable and safe living. More detailed information about current sales conditions and special offers can be obtained on the developer’s official website or at its sales offices.
