Information about the project
Project On Jiqia is a new residential complex developed by the construction company Pala Group. The development site is located in one of the most environmentally favorable areas of Tbilisi – Saburtalo. The building will be situated between Anna Politkovskaya Street and Aleksandre Ioseliani Street on a natural landscape slope, ensuring panoramic views of Tskneti and the more distant central districts of Tbilisi.

Infrastructure in this part of the city is not highly diverse, but a number of facilities are still available. A little over 1 km from the development is the new State University metro station. Public transport runs nearby along Anna Politkovskaya Street, with bus routes No. 6 and 140.
