Information about the project
New House on Chikovani Street residential complex in Tbilisi is located in the Saburtalo district, one and a half kilometers from the city hall.
The nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk away. Two public transport routes run nearby, with a minimum interval of twenty-four minutes. The area is also convenient thanks to the metro – the “Technical University” station is approximately seven hundred meters away.
Near the complex there are several grocery stores, supermarkets, and cafes, and a McDonald’s is located nearby.
The Polytechnic Institute is less than a five-minute walk away.
