Information about the project
The modern residential complex "Archi Batumi" is located at 76 Vakhtang Gorgasali Street in one of the most beautiful places in the city of Batumi. This twelve-story residential building is just a few minutes from the Old Boulevard and ten minutes from the sea. During the construction of residential complex “Archi Batumi”, high-quality German Ytong blocks were used. The thermal insulation properties of this material allow you to significantly preserve the heat in the premises, and, consequently, reduce the cost of utilities.
