Residential complex Archi Wood in Tbilisi is a modern building with original architecture from developer “Archi”.
Where is the complex located?
Archi Wood is located in the Digomi district on Konstantin Chachava Street in Tbilisi, 600 meters from Digomi Park. The city center is about 9 kilometers away which can be reached from the bus stop a few steps from the complex.
What is around?
The neighborhood has good ecology, despite the busy traffic on neighboring streets. There is a lot of greenery and the nearest industrial complexes are located on the other side of the Kura.
Nearby is a large medical complex and several bank branches. There are also cafes, shops, restaurants and pharmacies, a school, a sports complex, and a kindergarten.
What are the technical features of the complex?
Residential complex Archi Wood is designed in accordance with modern requirements for energy efficiency and comfort. The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and walls made of YTONG® aerated concrete blocks. The façade is faced with Belgian-made “Weinberger” decorative bricks.
