Information about the project
Archi Dighomi residential complex in Tbilisi – a fully completed project by the developer “Archi”. The new building, with its лаконичные forms and restrained architecture, offers apartments designed for active and modern residents seeking comfort.
Location
The project is located on Petre Iberi Street in the center of Didi Dighomi. This area has some of the cleanest air in Tbilisi, plenty of greenery, and relatively low traffic. These advantages fully compensate for the district’s distance from the central part of the city.
Surroundings
The nearby infrastructure is not very diverse, but it includes everything needed for everyday life. Close to the complex there is School No. 186, the “Imedi” clinic, and several grocery stores. A clear advantage is the proximity of the “Goodwill” hypermarket.
Also nearby are Grigol Robakidze University, the “Techno Boom” electronics store, and a police station.
Transport
The metro has not yet reached this part of the city. The nearest station, “Sarajishvili”, is located just over 4 km away. Approximately 1.5 km from the complex runs Agmashenebeli Street – one of the main highways of the city.
Architecture and landscaping
The Archi Dighomi complex in Tbilisi was built using an innovative material – construction blocks from the German brand Ytong. Their key feature is low thermal conductivity, which ensures improved energy efficiency of the building.
The total land area of the project is about 10,500 m². The territory includes a spacious children’s playground, parking areas, and a large recreational zone.
Apartments
The complex offers relatively compact apartments with several layout options. In many units, the living room and kitchen are combined into a single space, although there are also layouts where these areas are separated. The rooms are generally compact, but their thoughtful arrangement allows efficient use of the living space.
Developer
The construction company Archi has a strong presence in the Tbilisi primary real estate market, offering properties in the most sought-after formats. Since 2006, the developer has consistently improved the quality of its projects by using increasingly advanced technologies and reliable materials.
