Information about the project
Residential complex on Petre Iberi Street, 12–14 in Tbilisi – a new comfortable building by the construction company “New Group Iberi”.
Location
The new building is located in the Didi Dighomi district near the 1st microdistrict, thirteen kilometers from the city center.
There is a public transport stop near the complex, with five bus routes operating nearby. Transport runs at a minimum interval of four minutes. The nearest metro station, “Sarajishvili”, is located on the opposite bank of the Kura River, four and a half kilometers away.
The neighborhood offers all necessary conditions for residents. Kindergarten No. 198 is three hundred meters away, Kindergarten No. 197 is four hundred meters away, and the private kindergarten “Gabriel” is located within five hundred meters. Secondary School No. 186 is also within five hundred meters, and Secondary School No. 192 is nearby in the 3rd microdistrict. Within a radius of seven hundred meters there are two supermarkets and several grocery stores.
Building characteristics
