Architecture

Bilderz Didi Digomi is a modern 12-storey development with a stylish exterior and high construction quality. The building is constructed using seismic-resistant monolithic frame technology and is fully built with concrete from HeidelbergCement, known for its strength and environmental friendliness.

The residential complex is designed in a modern architectural style. The facades are finished with textured brick and ceramic tiles with wooden decorative elements. The building features both open balconies and glazed loggias. Balconies are equipped with glass and metal railings, while loggias are glazed with high-quality panoramic systems. Balcony doors and panoramic windows in black aluminum frames are energy-efficient.

Internal infrastructure

The residential complex features a landscaped courtyard of 1,000 sq.m., including a green square, pedestrian alleys, outdoor lighting, recreation areas, and children’s and sports playgrounds.
