Where is the complex located?
The elite residential complex with only 30 apartments is located on the Sairme hill in the Saburtalo region, on Sairme Gori Street No. 88 in Tbilisi.
The location has many advantages, including convenient transport accessibility, high environmental quality, and convenient infrastructure.

What transportation is available?

What are the technical features of the complex?
Gabi House in Tbilisi is a 7-story building with two separate entrances and two-level underground parking for 30 cars. During the construction of the house, modern gas blocks were used, which provide excellent sound insulation, as well as energy efficiency. The latter reduces utility spending by at least 40%. Natural granite and travertine are used as the material for the exterior decoration of the building.
