Residential complex Garanti Gldani is a new development featuring classic architecture and an accessible rooftop.
Location
Construction is underway in Tbilisi in the Gldani district at 4 Teimuraz Bochorishvili 1st Dead End. The location offers several advantages, the main ones being a wide range of nearby infrastructure and excellent transport accessibility.
What’s nearby
The area map shows a large selection of shopping and entertainment venues nearby. Just a five-minute walk away is the largest shopping mall, Mega Center Gldani. Also nearby are JIBE cash & carry supermarket, Las Vegas, Mariam, Eurasia shopping centers, and the Akhmeteli market. A wide range of banking institutions, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, and beauty salons are located in close proximity.
No more than a two-minute walk separates the development from the Akhmeteli Drama Theatre and the Akhmeteli sports complex. Educational facilities nearby include School No. 136 and Kindergarten No. 89.
Transport
One of the key advantages of the location is its proximity to the Akhmeteli Theatre metro station, which is within 500 meters, as well as the Gldani bus station located less than 1 km away. Garanti Gldani in Tbilisi is a 12-storey building. For the facade finishes, the developer selected an interesting combination of red brick and gray and graphite panels. The contrast creates a stylish and modern look. The building is further enhanced by large panoramic windows and balconies with transparent railings.
