Residential complex Archi Gldani 3 is a new stylish project from the acclaimed developer Archi.
Where is Archi Gldani 3 located?
The new complex is located in the central part of the Gldani district at Hizabavra Street, 4 in Tbilisi. The advantages of the location include comfortable transport options, a well-developed infrastructure, and comfortable housing density around.
What's around?
The district map shows there are a number of important amenities and facilities in the area. Archi Gldani 3 in Tbilisi is a high-rise 16-story building, built with modern comfort and security requirements in place. The developer focused on the energy efficiency of housing. Using a special innovative material, German-made Ytong building blocks, it is possible to guarantee a significantly higher level of thermal insulation, as well as increase the fire safety in the homes. Materials of natural colors are used in the decoration of the facades.
What is inside?
An extensive recreational area of about 1200 m2 is planned right next to the complex. Residents can leave their vehicles in the spacious two-level parking so the yard will be car-free.
