Nestled in evergreen subtropical surroundings, Green Cape Botanico is a unique project a 2-minute walk from the Botanical Garden, across from the pebble beach of the Black Sea. The construction project was completed in 2023. The complex includes two 7-storey residential buildings, which combine 80 apartments. The vast picture windows of the apartments offer a breathtaking view of the sea, making the project even more remarkable.

The bus stop is located 190 meters from the complex. It is less than five kilometers from the Green Cape Botanico to Batumi Central Bus Station and Batumi Passenger Railway Station. Batumi International Airport is half an hour away by car.

Green Cape Botanico is built to meet modern standards while keeping in mind the local climate. Its standout feature is the glazed facade on three sides. Plus, with stained glass and open terraces featuring glass railings provide an unrestricted opportunity to relish the surrounding views.
