Information about the project
Residential complex House on Shartava stands out with its unusual architecture, which is one of the main, but not the only, advantages of the project.
Location
The new development will be located in Tbilisi at 75 Shartava Street. The building is just 120 meters from the Heydar Aliyev embankment and the Mtkvari River. The location is both very quiet and at the same time close to the central districts of the city.
Infrastructure
The map shows that a small green area of Gotua Park is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, perfect for прогулки. Nearby are also Foodmart, Populi, and Ioli supermarkets, a medical diagnostic center, Nino Kardava Dental Clinic, a police station, a post office, School No. 123, and several banks. Tbilisi City Hall is located just 1 km away, and the Georgian Technical University is slightly further.
Transport
Construction is underway about 1 km from the Medical University metro station. The nearest public transport stop is at the intersection of Isakadze and Gagarin streets, where bus routes No. 14, 24, and 54 operate. By car, residents can quickly access the Aliyev embankment, Marshal Gelovani Avenue, and reach the opposite bank of the Kura River.
Project features
House on Shartava in Tbilisi consists of several blocks of varying heights. They are combined like construction elements into a single building, which clearly stands out from the surrounding development and has a modern, stylish appearance.
Courtyard space is arranged both around the building and on the roof of the low-rise section. All public areas are improved and landscaped, with children’s playgrounds, benches, and safe, comfortable walkways provided. The building includes a two-level underground parking facility.

The construction company Construction Investments began operations in 2015 and is currently building its third project in Tbilisi. Future plans include expanding into the Batumi real estate market.
