Residential complex MDK Towers is a premium-class new development distinguished by high energy efficiency performance.
Location
The building is under construction in the Saburtalo district of Tbilisi at 18 Yuri Gagarin Street. The location offers several advantages, including proximity to the Heydar Aliyev embankment and the Mtkvari River, both within 200 meters. The complex is about 2 km in a straight line from Lisi Park with its lake of the same name.
Infrastructure nearby
Several retail outlets operate near the new development – Populi and Nikora supermarkets, Clean House, SPAR, the Geocell mobile service center, and Aversi pharmacy. Educational institutions located relatively close include the Georgian Technical University, Tbilisi State Medical University, and public schools No. 62 and 161.

Transport
The nearest metro station, Medical University, is located just under 1 km away and can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Public transport stops are situated right next to the residential complex on Gagarin Street, with bus routes No. 14, 24, and 54. Additionally, walking about 500 meters to Zhvania Square allows access to buses No. 6 and 29.
By car, residents can quickly access major roads such as Pekini Avenue, the Heydar Aliyev embankment, and Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, as well as reach the left bank via the Vakhtang Bagrationi Bridge.

MDK Towers in Tbilisi is being developed based on a custom architectural design and features a modern, distinctive appearance. Light-colored facades are complemented by large panoramic windows. Balcony railings designed in several styles add a unique decorative touch. Window glazing is carried out using high-quality German Salamander profiles.
