Location of the complex

The new building is located in the Saburtalo district, one hundred and fifty meters from Mziuri Park, near Ch. Amirejibi Highway. The distance to the city center does not exceed four kilometers.

Two public transport routes pass near the complex, with buses running at a minimum interval of twenty-four minutes. The nearest metro station, “Technical University”, can be reached on foot in twelve minutes. The “Tbilisi-Passenger” railway station is three and a half kilometers away, and the “Didube” bus station is less than six and a half kilometers away.

The area around the complex has well-developed infrastructure. Nearby there are kindergartens No. 1, No. 75, and “Pikris Gora”, as well as the Georgian-British kindergarten “Dumbo”. The nearest modern secondary school with a swimming pool is no more than four hundred meters away. A cardiology and vascular clinic, Hospital No. 9, and numerous pharmacies are also located nearby.

Grocery stores, supermarkets, and cafes are within walking distance. Not far away there are two cinemas. Children will be pleased that the Tbilisi Zoo is only five hundred meters away.

The Mziuri Towers residential complex consists of two modern multi-apartment buildings designed in the neoconstructivist style. The buildings, with heights of sixteen and twenty storeys, are constructed using advanced technologies and materials. Each building has a durable monolithic frame and an energy-efficient facade. Each block has one section with a single entrance equipped with high-speed silent elevators. The buildings are fitted with modern engineering systems.

Landscaping

Driveways and temporary parking areas are arranged within the complex territory. Pedestrian walkways are laid out, and a children’s playground and recreation area are equipped. Underground parking is built beneath each block. Lawns are arranged on the usable roof of the attached structure, and an outdoor lighting system is installed.
