Information about the project
Residential complex on Petre Iberi Street, 10 in Tbilisi – a new development by “New Group Iberi”, where everyone can find an apartment that suits their budget and comfort preferences.
Location
The complex is located near the 1st microdistrict of Didi Dighomi in an area with excellent ecology. The distance to the city center is approximately thirteen kilometers.
There is no metro in this area – the nearest station, “Sarajishvili”, located on the opposite bank of the Kura River, is about four and a half kilometers away. Five public transport routes run nearby, with buses operating at minimum intervals of four minutes.
The neighborhood offers all the necessary conditions for comfortable living. Nearby there are grocery stores, pharmacies, beauty salons, and a fitness center, while two supermarkets are located within a radius of seven hundred meters.
There are two schools nearby – No. 186 and No. 192, as well as two public kindergartens No. 197 and No. 198. The private kindergarten “Gabriel” is located within five hundred meters.
Architecture
The residential complex on Petre Iberi Street, 10 is a twelve-storey multi-apartment building consisting of two sections. The building is situated on an L-shaped plot, forming a courtyard enclosed on two sides. The developer uses advanced technologies and modern materials that meet international standards.
The building has a flat roof, a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, and a solid monolithic foundation. The facade demonstrates high energy efficiency, while windows and balcony doors are fitted with energy-efficient double-glazed units. Balconies and loggias are not glazed. Tempered glass is partially used in balcony railings.
The building has one entrance equipped with two passenger elevators.
Landscaping
The adjacent territory of the complex is not fenced. Pedestrian walkways and access roads for special vehicles are arranged. A children’s playground is installed, and spaces for temporary parking are provided. An underground parking is constructed according to the project. Shops and other commercial premises are located on the ground floor.
About the apartments
The price of apartments in the complex on Petre Iberi Street, 10 includes black frame finishing. The finishing works include:
- installation of window units, balcony doors, and a metal entrance door;
- connection of all engineering communications to the apartment;
- floor screed;
- installation of all internal partitions.
