Where is Riga Plaza located?
Riga Plaza is located in the Vake district near Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi. The construction of the apartments was completed in 2017.
The city center is no more than four kilometers. A large number of urban transport routes provide quick access to almost any area of the city.
What's around?
The complex is surrounded by a huge number of restaurants, cafes, and bars. A stone's throw away is the cinema and two medical centers. There are several supermarkets and grocery stores in the neighborhood. 400 meters away is a hospital and nearby are a large number of pharmacies and beauty salons.
What are the technical features of the complex?
Residential complex Riga Plaza, built by the “CH Group”, is a modern mid-rise building with 11 floors and original design. During the construction of the new building, advanced technologies and environmentally friendly materials were used. The house has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and the facade is insulated. The only entrance of the building is equipped with a noiseless elevator with increased carrying capacity.
What is on the territory?
The complex has a very small private plot and is completely covered with paving slabs and asphalt. Flower beds are planted along the building and guest parking is available. For residents of Riga Plaza there is a two-level underground parking.
