Information about the project
Residential complex Stone Hill is a premium property in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and each individual detail attracts attention.
Where is Stone Hill located?
The complex is situated in the prestigious Vake district, on Nino Zhvania Street in Tbilisi. This is one of the most peaceful locations in the city, where many new houses have been built recently, further enhancing the appearance of the area.
What's around?
The infrastructure of the district is not very diverse, but all the necessary facilities are present. Nearby is shopping center "Vera" and the supermarkets Somari and SPAR. Also nearby are a school and a kindergarten, a cafe, and a bicycle rental. Behind Irakli Abashidze Street, which is about 500 meters away, the range of facilities is much more diverse.
How to get around?
You can drive to the house either directly along Zhvania Street or along the streets of Japaridze and Shatberashvili. Public transport is available with bus route No. 66, which runs along Shatberashvili street. To use other routes, you have to walk about 650 meters to Ilya Chavchavadze Avenue. The nearest metro station is “Rustaveli” at a distance of about 1.5 km.
What are the project features?
Stone Hill in Tbilisi was developed with the participation of leading experts, and only the most modern and somewhat innovative materials are used in the implementation of the project. Particular attention is paid to the location of the building on the site. Everything is thought out so that a spectacular view of the surroundings opens from the windows of most apartments.
The height of the house is a maximum of 9 floors but individual sections are slightly lower. At the top of the building are spacious outdoor terraces. For residents there is underground parking and guest parking can be found next to the building. Furthermore, there is a landscaped area with children's play areas and space for relaxation. The modern elevator equipment is from “MITSUBISHI” and located at the entrances.
The total building plot has an area of about 2300 square meters. A little more than half was used directly for the placement of the building, and the remaining part will be equipped with a landscaped recreation area.
What kind of apartments are available?
In total, the building provides 61 apartments. The available apartments range in size from 46-232 m2. Partial repairs are carried out in the apartments, which includes floor screed, installation of drywall ceilings, installation of plastic window ceilings and metal entrance doors. It also provides for summing up the main communications and the wiring. The water entering the apartments will undergo additional filtration.
