Tekto Franco is a modern residential complex consisting of 4 new buildings of variable height (12–20 floors). The project covers an area of 11,000 m². The buildings are constructed using sustainable monolithic-frame technology. The developer uses environmentally friendly and energy-efficient construction materials of international standards: B30 grade concrete, polystyrene concrete block, reinforcement. The complex is designed in an eclectic architectural style that combines modern and classical features.
