The complex was designed considering the region's characteristics and was built using advanced technologies that made it possible to create earthquake-resistant and comfortable housing. The new building was commissioned in the 4th quarter of 2020.
The building has a monolithic foundation and a solid monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The external walls, made of aerated concrete blocks, are insulated with a durable heat insulator. The facade is faced with fibre cement boards and decorative plaster.
