Information about the project
Residential complex at 6/3 Marshal Gelovani Avenue is a new multi-apartment development project by Eko Meter and New Group.
Infrastructure
Near the new development there are: the TbiliKids children’s entertainment center, several cafes, the Court building, various retail stores, Green Market supermarket, Saller Georgia shopping center, a police station, Bank of Georgia, and the International Sales Institute training center. Within a one-kilometer radius there is a post office, a bookstore, Mayakovsky Park memorial park, Clean House shopping center, and several kindergartens.
Architecture and exterior
The residential complex at 6/3 Marshal Gelovani Avenue in Tbilisi is a modern twenty-four-storey building. Only high-quality materials that meet all environmental safety standards are used during construction. The building is constructed using reliable monolithic frame technology. External walls are insulated with modern thermal insulation materials.
