Information about the project
Delux Isani residential complex in Tbilisi – a new modern building by the company “Delux Development”.
Location
The new building is located on Reverend Gabriel Salos Avenue in the Isani district, just fifty meters from the Kura River near the Left Embankment. This is a well-established and уютный neighborhood without industrial enterprises or other undesirable surroundings. The distance to the city center is about five kilometers.
Five bus routes run nearby, with a minimum interval of ten minutes. The nearest metro station, “Isani”, is less than eight hundred meters away.
Within four hundred meters there is Secondary School No. 81, and another school is located seven hundred meters away. A kindergarten is also nearby. The “Isani Mall” shopping center and the Olympic swimming pool are located not far from the complex.
Architecture
The Delux Isani residential complex is a thirteen-storey modern multi-apartment building. It has high seismic resistance ensured by a monolithic reinforced concrete frame built on a solid monolithic foundation.
High energy efficiency is achieved through modern energy-saving technologies used during construction. All windows feature panoramic energy-efficient double glazing. Balcony railings are made of concrete, giving the complex a distinctive appearance.
Landscaping
Landscaping is carried out using elements of landscape design. Decorative plants and trees are planted, and lawns are arranged. Guest parking spaces are equipped near the building, and driveways and pedestrian walkways are laid out. A children’s playground and recreation area are constructed. The two lower floors include built-in and attached premises intended for shops, offices, and other commercial uses.
Sales of apartments
The complex offers apartments with areas ranging from 37 to 65 m² in one- and two-room layouts. The price includes black frame finishing.
