The residential complex “Domus Park Vake” is a modern new building located on Paliashvili, 87 in the center of Tbilisi, next to Vake Park.

During the construction, modern technologies and high-quality materials were used, which guarantee high energy efficiency of the complex.
The new building will have a metal facade provided by the German company Moradelli. The project also uses energy-saving windows and balcony doors of the Belgian company Reynaers, high-transmittance glass from the French company Saint-Gobain, and roller blinds from Renson. Silent Otis elevators are available in the building.
