IMG Plaza 1 residential complex in Tbilisi – a small building with elite, spacious apartments, where the developer IMG Development has aimed to achieve an ideal balance between modern construction methods and maximum comfort.
About the location of the complex
The development is located near Gegeshidze Park in the Vake district, three kilometers from the city center. The neighborhood is fully equipped with social and everyday infrastructure facilities, and public transport is well organized.
The nearest bus stop is no more than a two-minute walk away. Nine bus routes run nearby with a minimum interval of nine minutes. The nearest metro station, Technical University, is one and a half kilometers away.
The local infrastructure is also ideal for families with children. Public school No. 41 named after Mykhailo Hrushevskyi is just three hundred meters away, and public school No. 55 is even closer. In the same block as the development there is kindergarten No. 1, while kindergarten No. 137 is no more than four hundred meters away.
