Information about the project
Your Home on Jikia residential complex in Tbilisi is a residential quarter of comfortable apartment buildings located in an area with excellent transport accessibility and all necessary infrastructure.
Where it is located
The new building is located in the Saburtalo district two hundred meters from the State University metro station. The distance to the city center does not exceed seven and a half kilometers. Nearby there is a bus stop with seven different routes — the minimum interval between buses is eleven minutes.
Nearby there is School No. 35, as well as several other schools and kindergartens. There are also various shops close to the complex, including 24-hour supermarkets. Within a radius of one kilometer there are cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Architecture
The Your Home on Jikia residential complex is a large-scale project implemented by the Estonian-Georgian construction company Jikia House. The new development will include thirty-eight residential buildings designed in a unified style, taking into account local traditions and climate features.
The buildings are constructed from environmentally safe materials using advanced technologies that ensure the required energy efficiency and durability of the housing.
Each building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, and the walls are constructed of brick. The facades are insulated and finished with ceramic brick cladding. The buildings are equipped with modern technological equipment and engineering systems that meet international standards.
Silent passenger elevators are installed in the entrances. The entrance doors are equipped with armored doors.
On the territory of the complex
The Your Home on Jikia residential complex occupies a large area where driveways between the buildings are arranged, as well as sidewalks and pedestrian paths. The project includes:
- modern children’s playgrounds;
- sports grounds;
- surface parking spaces for vehicles;
- recreation areas.
Stylish street lighting is installed, and trees, shrubs, and decorative plants are planted.
Housing parameters
Apartments ranging from 41 to 93 m² are available in one-, two-, and three-room layouts; it is also possible to purchase a studio apartment of 35 m². The price includes a white frame finish, which comprises:
- energy-efficient glazing of windows and balcony doors;
- metal entrance doors;
- plastered walls and finished floor screed;
- a full set of plumbers;
- a ready-to-use heating system.
Electrical wiring is installed in the apartments, and metering devices are provided. All residential units have spacious unglazed balconies with metal railings.
