Information about the project
Round Square Residence residential complex in Tbilisi is a modern building with unique architecture and premium-class apartments in a quiet central area where everything necessary for comfortable living is available.
Where it is located
The new building is located near Round Square in the Vake district four kilometers from the city hall. Infrastructure is well developed here and the environmental conditions are favorable — Mziuri Park is located five hundred meters away.
There is a public transport stop nearby; a bus runs close to the complex with a minimum interval of nineteen minutes. The nearest metro station, Rustaveli, is one and a half kilometers away.
Nearby there are many cafes and restaurants, several grocery stores, pharmacies, as well as a shopping complex and a medical center. The neighborhood also has entertainment venues — the cinema is no more than six hundred meters away, and a little further there are the cinema and the Cash film club. Conditions are also convenient for families with children. Two hundred meters away is the Ukrainian-Georgian School No. 41 named after M. New building parameters
The Round Square Residence residential complex is a two-section building with heights of fifteen and seven floors. Each section has one entrance. The fifteen-storey section is equipped with two elevators, while the seven-storey section has one silent freight-passenger elevator.
The building is designed in a modern style typical for Tbilisi; its facade is decorated with relief rectangular geometric shapes.
The building is constructed on a monolithic reinforced foundation and has a durable monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a flat roof. The facade of the building is reliably insulated, and panoramic glazing of balcony doors and windows is completed using energy-efficient glass units.
On the territory
The complex includes:
