Information about the project
The Royal Plaza residential complex is a premium-class project developed by the construction company Royal Group. The building has been commissioned, allowing buyers to purchase primary housing that is fully ready for occupancy.
Location
The complex is located at 32–34 Erekle Tatishvili Street, Tbilisi, in the Vera district. Residents enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the central part of the city, while the surrounding infrastructure ensures comfortable and carefree living.
Surroundings
Royal Plaza is situated next to the Zakaria Paliashvili House Museum and the Ministry of Economic Development. Transport
Rustaveli metro station is a 5–7 minute walk from Royal Plaza, which is considered a significant advantage. The city funicular station is a 15-minute walk away and provides access to Mtatsminda Park. The distance to the railway station is 2.3 km.
