The Royal Plaza residential complex is a premium-class project developed by the construction company Royal Group. The building has been commissioned, allowing buyers to purchase primary housing that is fully ready for occupancy.
The complex is located at 32–34 Erekle Tatishvili Street, Tbilisi, in the Vera district. Residents enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the central part of the city, while the surrounding infrastructure ensures comfortable and carefree living.
Royal Plaza is situated next to the Zakaria Paliashvili House Museum and the Ministry of Economic Development. Nearby there is a Populi supermarket, the Algorithm electronics store, the Chaos Concept Store clothing boutique, School No. 51, the Elite fitness center, the Grand Concert Hall, and the Amirani and House of Cinema movie theaters.
Just 400 meters from the complex is Vere Park, and a little further lies the Right Embankment. Mtatsminda Park with its Ferris wheel is located just over 1 km away. At a similar distance are the Tbilisi Zoo, the circus, and Mziuri Park.
Rustaveli metro station is a 5–7 minute walk from Royal Plaza, which is considered a significant advantage. The city funicular station is a 15-minute walk away and provides access to Mtatsminda Park. The distance to the railway station is 2.3 km.
The architectural appearance of the complex deserves special attention. Its sophisticated design with extensive glazing elements and the use of multiple finishing materials attracts attention and highlights intricate details. The facades are made of modern energy-efficient blocks, which, combined with reliable plastic windows, ensure an optimal indoor temperature throughout the year, as well as quietness and comfort.
The inner courtyard is secured and monitored by video surveillance. The first two floors are designated for retail and commercial premises. The building also features a terrace with a cafeteria and a lounge area located on the top floor and rooftop.
The layouts of most available units can be described as highly distinctive. Original room geometry, spacious loggias, and large panoramic windows create ideal living conditions and allow residents to design a home that is truly individual and unique.
The construction company Royal Group has been operating since 2014 and has successfully completed several notable projects in Tbilisi. Each of them has enhanced the city’s architectural appearance and provided buyers with housing featuring improved functional and aesthetic characteristics.
Apartments in the Royal Plaza residential complex are available through an interest-free installment plan as well as preferential mortgage programs from KSB Bank. More detailed information can be found on the developer’s official website.
