Terrassa Ortachala is a modern new building with 31 floors, a stylish facade and original layouts of the apartments.
Where is the complex located?
Terrassa Ortachala is situated on Arthur Laista Street 4 in Tbilisi, just 100 meters from the banks of the Kura River. This part of the city is characterized by a clean environmental situation with lots of parks and greenery around. There are also no problems with transport and infrastructure. A beautiful panorama of the city and the surrounding area can be admired from the windows of the apartments.
What's around?
NearTerrassa Ortachal residents can find cafe "Astoria", school number 81, swimming pool "Olympic", and the hypermarket "Fresco Isani". The large Isani Mall shopping center is located not more than 800 meters from the complex. The mall offers a Carrefour supermarket, the World Fitness gym, as well as a large selection of boutiques and cafes.
How to get around?
Terrassa Ortachala is located approximately 1.2 km from the Isani metro station. The nearest bus stop is just a couple of minutes away and is served by bus lines Nos. 55, and 72. A little further are the stops for routes No’s. 19, 50, 71, and 101. On the opposite bank of the Kura River, at about 500 meters, is the Ortachala bus station.
What are the technical features?
There are few high-rise buildings with such a high number of storeys in the neighborhood. A closer look reveals that the facade uses panels that look like wood.
The most modern technologies are applied during construction. These will help to significantly increase the energy efficiency of the complex. The use of special iso-blocks in combination with additional thermal insulation between the apartments and floors will help reduce the cost of heating and air conditioning by 40%.
