Residential complex on Dadiani Street, 111 in Tbilisi – convenient modern apartments just five kilometers from the city center.
Location
The new building is located in the Nadzaladevi district, not far from the freight station and railway. The “Nadzaladevi” metro station is one hundred and fifty meters away. A public transport stop is a two-minute walk, with buses running at a minimum interval of fourteen minutes.

The building is designed taking into account local climate conditions and seismic activity. It has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and energy-efficient walls. Windows and balcony doors are fitted with energy-efficient double-glazed units – panoramic glazing allows for efficient use of natural light and reduces utility costs.
Balcony railings are made of tempered glass. The building is equipped with modern engineering systems and two passenger elevators.
Internal infrastructure
