Information about the project
Where is the complex located?
The residential complex is situated in the Ortachala district, on 13a Gorgasali street in Tbilisi, near the embankment of the Kura River. The distance to the center of Tbilisi is about 8 kilometers.
What transportation is available?
The major road arteries of the city are nearby. There is a bridge over the river at only 850 meters from the new building. The central bus station is a 10-minute walk but there is also a bus stop nearby.
What's around?
Near the new building, there is a large number of hotels, hostels, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. There are also several shops nearby. At 400 meters you can find the Monument of 300 Aragwinian Heroes. At about the same distance is the Embassy of Azerbaijan. The famous National Botanical Garden of Georgia is no more than a kilometer away, and the Tbilisi Archaeological Museum is 750 meters away. Educational institutions are relatively far away, with secondary school No. 144 located approximately two kilometers from the new building. A little closer is a kindergarten.
What are the architectural features?
The four-story complex is built using advanced technology from high-quality materials. All buildings have a solid monolithic foundation and energy-efficient walls.
Floor to ceiling windows with energy-saving glazing not only decorate the house but also guarantee a high level of insulation. The unglazed balconies have transparent tempered glass fencing and the house has modern technological equipment.
What amenities are available?
There is underground parking for residents while the guest parking area is next to the complex. Convenient driveways are laid near the building and the landscaped greenery consists of ornamental plants and trees. At night, the area is lit by street lamps.
What kind of apartments are available?
In total, the complex offers fourteen apartments with original ergonomic layouts. The apartments have two or three rooms and an area of 75.5 to 124.4 m 2.
