Information about the project
The residential complex at Nino Zhvania Street in Tbilisi is located on the border of the Vake and Vera districts, just one kilometer from the Rustaveli metro station.
A bus stop is located three minutes on foot from the complex. The new building has convenient access to the city center, bypassing major congested highways. The distance to the central part of the city does not exceed one and a half kilometers.
Surrounding infrastructure
Near the new building there is a grocery store, several hotels, a supermarket, and cafes. Not far away there is a school, the Grand Concert Hall, a cinema, an entertainment center, and a university. Within walking distance there are medical institutions, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies.
Architecture
The residential complex at Nino Zhvania Street, developed by For-line, is constructed using technologies that ensure a combination of high seismic resistance, structural reliability, and a high level of comfort.
The new development has variable storeys and features a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, while the external walls are constructed from aerated concrete blocks.
