The new building is located in the 2nd micro-district of Didi Digomi near Tsar Parnavaz Avenue. It has excellent ecology and a lot of greenery and, despite the traffic on the highway, it is relatively quiet.

The distance to the center of the capital is 11 kilometers. You can reach the nearest bus stop in about 3 minutes which is served by five routes.

The external walls are built from aerated concrete blocks of the YTONG® brand, made according to German technology. The use of this material reduces energy consumption by up to 40%.
