The new development is located at 10 Kedia Street in Tbilisi. The distance to Tsereteli Avenue is 150 meters, which shields residents from traffic noise. The Kura River flows approximately one kilometer away.
Transport
The nearest bus stop, “Didube Pantheon,” is located 180 meters from the residential building. Tsereteli metro station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Exterior appearance
Axis in Didube Residential Complex brings modern architecture to the surrounding area. The complex consists of four blocks finished with brick and travertine stone. The facades of the third and fourth blocks are decorated with wooden shutters, giving the development a warm and cozy appearance.
The residential complex features variable building heights ranging from 6 to 9 floors. The third block includes two entrances. Monolithic frame construction technology was used during development.
