The facade cladding is made of white aqua panels, which makes the construction of the building more resistant and the exterior appearance bright. In the first block, the facade is covered in white marble.
The construction of the complex is built with monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of bricks and the facade is insulated with mineral wool.
