What are the architectural features?
Axis Hippodrome in Tbilisi differs from other buildings because of its unique and modern architecture. The complex consists of three blocks with 10, 21, and 22 floors. The second block, reminiscent of sculpture, especially stands out. The facade cladding is made of white aqua panels, which makes the construction of the building more resistant and the exterior appearance bright. In the first block, the facade is covered in white marble.
The construction of the complex is built with monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of bricks and the facade is insulated with mineral wool.

In the houses of the new Axis Hippodrome, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments with an area of 62 to 393.4 square meters are for sale. The living area is spacious due to glass balconies and large terraces. Each living space is equipped with huge stained glass windows overlooking the former hippodrome.
The apartments are handed over with complete renovation. However, the buyer can independently choose the layout and the building materials. The developer approves the placement of internal partitions and the power supply project individually.
