Biota Park is a modern new building which is funded by foreign investment, one of the guarantees that the complex will be handed over on time.
Where is Biota Park located?
The complex is located on Anna Politkovskaya Street, Building No. 10 in Tbilisi. This part of the city is distinguished by a large amount of greenery, clean and fresh air, and a measured rhythm of life. At the same time, the metro station is nearby and the new building can be easily reached from the Vake and Saburtalo districts.
What's around?
Not far from the complex residents can find all the necessary infrastructure required for everyday life. What forms of transportation are available?
Just a 10-minute walk from the new building is the new “State University” metro station, leading to the city center. The nearby public transport is represented by bus routes No. 6, 21, 92, 140, and 150. The “Didube” bus station is at a distance of about 7 km, the Tbilisi Passenger railway station is almost 8 km, and the airport is more than 22 km.
What are the technical features?
Biota Park in Tbilisi is an impressive building consisting of three porches and 25 floors. The building is earthquake-resistant, has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, and is distinguished by modern architecture. The main building materials are Ukrainian-made fittings, Heidelberg Cement, concrete type B30, and energy-saving perlite blocks.
There will be two elevators in each of the three entrances. One of the elevators will be panoramic and provides breathtaking views of the surroundings.
What is on the territory of the complex?
The ground floor of the house is designed for commercial and business facilities. For residents, there is two-level underground parking while guest parking can be found next to the building.
The total plot is 4700 m2 and about a third of this territory is reserved for coniferous plants, making it a great place to relax. Previously existing green spaces were preserved, and after the completion of construction, this will be further enhanced with a playground, benches, and convenient sidewalks.
