Information about the project
Ecocity Krtsanisi is a large-scale development consisting of three 18-storey buildings that offer about 700 apartments.
Where is Ecocity Krtsanis located?
The complex is situated in Krtsanisi, in one of the cleanest areas of Tbilisi. Located on a hill, it is protected from car exhausts and other factors negatively affecting the air quality. Another nice bonus for the buyers of the apartments will be the stunning view from the windows. Freedom Square is just 3.7 km away.
What's around?
Not far from the new building you can find school No. 144, the New Hospital, supermarkets "Nikora" and "Fresco", and the Sport Time pool. In this part of the city, there are also several embassies of foreign countries concentrated such as Japan, Switzerland, Bulgaria.
How to get around?
Ecocity Krtsanisi in Tbilisi is literally within walking distance of the bus stop located on Krtsanisskaya Street. Here bus No 31 runs with an interval of about 20 minutes. Less than 2 km separate the new building from the Ortachala bus station. The “Aragviytsev” metro station is at a distance of just over 2 km.
What are the technical features of the complex?
During the construction of the buildings, the developer uses the most modern energy-saving materials, which guarantee a reduction in resource consumption during operation of at least 60%. The special material of the exterior walls makes the structure lighter while providing improved strength.
For the decoration of the facades, natural stone and Austrian Fundermax panels are used. The entrances are decorated with marble and travertine.
What is on the premises of the complex?
The area of the building plot is 8,000 m2. This means that the courtyard will be a spacious and comfortable place for new residents with different interests. A modern and safe playground, relaxation areas and even your own garden are just some of the things that will appear here.
