Location

The Nemo-2007 entertainment center is situated at a distance of one kilometer.

Features of the new building

The residential complex “Green House on the Varketili Plateau” consists of two buildings with heights of eight and twelve floors, designed in a unified style typical of the capital. The buildings have durable monolithic reinforced concrete frames, insulated facades, and large windows with panoramic glazing. Each apartment has an open, unglazed balcony with metal railings.
