Residential complex Luxury House is a multifunctional European-level project that, in addition to residential units, includes commercial and office spaces as well as a spacious underground parking facility.
The building is located at 11 Merab Aleksidze Street. The advantageous location ensures stunning views from the apartments over central Tbilisi, the Mtkvari River, and the Old Town. Nearby are the grounds of the Tbilisi Zoo, and slightly further are Mziuri and Mushtaidi parks.
