The new building is located in the Vake district, on Ilya Chavchavadze Avenue No 33, near Mziuri Park. This is one of the most environmentally friendly places in the city Besides Mziuri Park, there is another park nearby. There are no busy highways or industrial enterprises in the surrounding area.
